client’s confirmation of order.
All items will be subject to the availability of the stock. GL Creations reserves the right to
change the items to equivalent model if the stock is not available.
Installation cost is included in the price
One-time cleaning is included in the package
GL Creations can only start the outfitting after all defect fixing completion by developer

Delivery& Payment
• Furniture Delivery:
30 Working days upon confirmation of design and
contracts
• Payment Schedule:
50% deposit within 3 days after signing of contract
40% (after production) one week before delivery
10% within 7 days after installation and inspection
• Warranty:
Appliances 2 years warranty
Furniture 1 year warranty
